Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, Unity Partner Yoga, Yoga and Pilates is available via Moonflete Fitness as:

- Small group classes
- Private group sessions (great for friends, hen/stag, birthday parties)
- Individual one-to-one sessions

  • Please book all the above classes & courses in advance. 
  • Classes will run subject to minimum numbers booked & if we cancel a class  you will be offered an alternative date.
  • Bookings are non refundable or transferable to another date due to very limited space in each class . You may fill your space with another person though if you can no longer attend, please email to confirm details.

Unity Partner Yoga is a refreshing and fun way to reach a deep and profound connection with oneself and others. Sharing our yoga practice with one or more others, allows us to access a wide range of experiences, from trust and support, to laughter and lightness! 


Through joint-asana (postures), meditation and relaxation practices, we can access a sacred peace and stillness, whilst also feeling light and playful. 
We practice simple meditation, pranayama (breathing), mantra and trust exercises before weaving our way through a range of asanas (postures), which may be gentle or more advanced to offer something for everyone. We complete our practice with relaxation and a little Thai Yoga Massage.
