About Us

Ali currently teaches a range of Yoga, Pilates & Group Exercise classes at local private health clubs & leisure centres, does part time marketing for a leisure management group and runs her own businesses. Her love of sport and fitness comes from 13 years playing rugby for both Teddington Antlers and the South East England squad and competing in the triathlon, duathlon, quadrathlon & adventure races.) She us a qualified Divemaster, and enjoys AcroYoga (yoga, Thai massage & acrobatics) in her spare time. As well as having 6 adopted rescue dogs of her own & around 20 chickens, she does voluntary work for a couple of small dog rescue charities.
Having spent many years being 'inflexible' due to rugby, cycling and running, she totally understands and appreciates the benefits of yoga and the difference it has made to her physically - in terms of strength and flexibility - as well as mentally helping her deal with such an active and busy lifestyle. She regularly attends retreats, workshops and classes in Ashtanga, Dynamic & Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Partner, Restorative, iRest Yoga Nidra and Hot Yoga to aid her own and her teaching practice - and seems to be continuosly studying!


With a background in marketing, sales, and business consulting, she worked previously in international advertising and consumer marketing agencies. After designing and building her own house in a wood, she left corporate life in 2003 to set up her own small businesses comprising of:

One-to-one Yoga/Pilates & private small group sessions are available on request.
